Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation

When you submit your order, LifeGenericMedicine will promptly send you an order confirmation email. As an online pharmacy operating daily, we strive to respond quickly to our customers, so you’ll receive a follow-up email within 24 hours confirming that your order is being processed. If there’s any issue with payment or fulfillment, we’ll notify you via email.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, it will typically be processed and shipped the same day. After the shipping is finalized, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. This email will include all relevant shipping information, estimated delivery timelines, and a "Contact Us" option for manual tracking assistance via phone call.

You can choose to have your order delivered to either your home or work address, based on your preference. For added security, we offer registered airmail (at a slightly higher cost), which requires a signature upon delivery. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, you’ll receive a notification about the attempted delivery. You can then collect your package from the local post office, whose details will be provided in the notification. The package will be held at the post office for approximately four weeks before being returned.

LifeGenericMedicine understands that customer satisfaction is paramount. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Our aim is to build confidence and provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers.
 

 

We can ship to your Home Address or to your work if you prefer.

Shipping using registered airmail is $ 12. Registered Airmail is a preferred shipping method because it is more secure and less likely to be stolen or lost. This requires the signing of delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery then the notice will be left to give advice about the attempted delivery and how to contact the post office.

APO Addresses and PO Boxes

LifeGenericMedicine delivers to both APO addresses and PO Boxes when these shipping options are available. To use either of these delivery addresses, simply set your preferred one as the primary shipping address in your account settings. 

Customs

Please note that we operate from India, which means your order will be processed as an international shipment by your local Customs authorities. Customs clearance may sometimes cause delays ranging from a few days up to three weeks in rare cases. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend placing your order well in advance to account for potential processing hold-ups. You'll be contacted if any issues arise during this clearance process.

Delivery Times

We dispatch the majority of orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. The postal or courier service is solely responsible for the delivery time. The typical delivery times are displayed in the above table. Please be aware that customs may hold your order for 3-21 days before getting in touch with you if they are holding it for unpaid import duties. Before contacting us to find out if your item is just delayed in delivery, held at customs, or lost, please allow an extra 7 days for delivery if it has not arrived within the regular delivery period mentioned above.

Reshipments and Lost orders

LifeGenericMedicine will either reship or reimburse any lost orders. Within eight weeks of the purchase being dispatched to the customer, it is crucial to notify customer service of any delays in delivery. As soon as the order loss is reported, a refund or reshipment is made. Reports submitted after eight weeks won't be accepted or reimbursed.

If an order has not yet been delivered, we are pleased to replace it, but only under the following circumstances:

1) In addition to the usual delivery period, 7 more days have passed since the ship date.
2) The shipping address that we were given is accurate.

You will be billed for the replacement order if you gave the wrong address. We will get in touch with you with the refund information if and when the original order is returned to us. Since the "return" postage has not been paid, the refund could take many months to process.

Returns and Refunds

We will send you another box if your order arrives damaged in any way or if it never arrives. We will reimburse the full payment upon your request if you would like a refund. We would ask that you wait 30 days after the order was sent for this process to complete. Please submit a support ticket to our refund area if you have not received your item within 30 days, have not gotten it yet, or have not seen any indication that it has been returned or is on hold. Any support ticket will be handled promptly by us.

If you return the items to us right away and the merchandise is resellable, we will give you a refund for any item. Items that have an expiration date of more than three months should remain unused and unopened.
